The Governor of Almahrah, Sheikh Mohammed Koda has stated: “We were surprised by the UN initiative which flows into the service for the coup militia to legitimate which accordingly hit roughshod the three agreements, (the Gulf initiative and the outputs of the national dialogue and the UN resolution 2216), as the blur of all its clauses the South issue and ignore everything the people have been suffering of the horrors and tragedies because of the coup and after all these great sacrifices and martyrs made by the citizens who have been ignored in their dignity and pride. “We have seen over the past years the keenness of the political leadership and the government legitimacy to achieve peace , resort to dialogue and not to except any political component.” “Furthermore, we hope that the next internationalism initiatives to be committed to agreements for peacemaking and respect the will of the Yemeni people who are coming on the brink of a humanitarian disaster “.
