In continuation of the insecurity witnessed in all Shabwa districts, unknown gunmen, believed to be affiliated with terrorist groups, assassinated a soldier in the Shabwani Elite Forces in Mayfa’a District, Gul al-Raida district, Shabwa governorate in the east of the country, which is under the occupation of the Islah militia, the evil arm of the Brotherhood in Yemen.
Sources from Shabwa governorate confirmed that gunmen arrived on a car in the middle of the region and fired a barrage of bullets at the Shabwani Elite soldier named Rami Ahmed Ali bin Rashid to kill him and flee without being arrested by the so-called Special Forces affiliated with the arrogant Brotherhood of LaKa’ab and their Brotherhood militia. The governorate is raped and the most heinous crimes, kidnappings and murders are practiced there.
Shabwa governorate has witnessed since the departure of the Shabwani Elite Forces, including a state of security chaos, killings, assassinations and bombings, amid demands and appeals for the return of the elite forces and the return of things to what they were before the occupation of the province by the militias coming from Marib and Al-Jawf.
