Continuing its relief and humanitarian project for the residents of the liberated governorates, the Red Crescent Authority launched the arm of goodness for the United Arab Emirates to distribute the Eid sacrifice to a number of needy and deserving families that have been exhausted by the difficult economic conditions that Yemen is experiencing in general as a result of the war imposed by the coup militias in Sana’a and cast a shadow on the economic situation and the livelihood of all citizens.
The project of distributing sacrifices targeted the most affected segments that have a difficult life, as the amount distributed (2250) of sheep after slaughtering and distributing them to baskets for the targeted families of the poor and the hard-pressed in addition to the families of orphans, widows and those with special needs, and the campaign leadership explained that the project continues For a period of three days of the Eid, according to the statements of the eligible persons who were carefully selected according to the living conditions in which they live in the general directorates of the governorate.
The head of the campaign explained that the number of families benefiting from this relief project for the Emirates reached (9000) families from the needy, and those with special needs. The distribution includes all the directorates of Hadramout without exception.
In turn, a number of beneficiaries from the needy families, those with needs, orphans, and widows expressed their happiness and thanks to the government and people of the United Arab Emirates who did not delay for a moment in laying a smile and joy over their lives in light of the suffering they are living due to the economic circumstances that prevented them from participating in the joy, valuing all efforts, that has been made to deliver this aid to the targeted homes.
