Hadramout enjoys steady security after Hadrami elite forces managed to extend its control over the directorates of the coastal areas in Hadhramout and the plateau with the support of our brothers in the Arab Alliance countries.
It is supposed that the security and stability to be followed by economic stability of several services after taking the reins by Earthlings.
Unfortunately, there is failure by the local authority and decision-makers in the provision of essential services such as petroleum material to fuel stations, supplying the power plants with the necessary fuel, and create jobs for young people. It is noting that the burden eased on the local authority after it has adopted by some establishments and international organizations a lot of development and service projects in the province. However, the local authority remains powerless to now to provide oil derivatives and the creation of jobs for young people in the public and private sectors. It also has not been able to improve the income of low-income households and poor families which have been without assistance from the Social Fund.
departments noting that some of them have wage of 15,000 riyals and some of them are without it. We also demand the creation of job opportunities for unemployed youth.
It is well known that there are preparations for an inclusive conference soon under the banner of uniting the people of Hadramout, if the conference would not yield to force the authority to take decisions seriously and chronic, we repeat ‘chronic’ which go into the improvement of individual low-income through increasing the wages and job creation for young people. Otherwise, the conference does not match in the interests of the majority of the people in Hadramout.
We do not want this from the planned conference, that soon will be held, to issue resolutions calling for the formation of committees or open offices to look at the needs of citizens to be in the papers drawer or as benefits for certain office clerks and employers especially for close associates.
We want that the aim of the conference to be a pressure on the authority and force it to issue decisions that serve the largest population in Hadramout who are low-income families through increasing the public sector wages and the imposition of a minimum wage for the private sector to tighten control over the private sector, such as what is happening in neighboring countries.
We hope the local authority and the leaders of Hadramout Pact to consider what said. We wish they could put the welfare of ordinary citizens before any interest or other accounts.
