In an exclusive interview combined ‘Alwaqa Aljadeed’ with the Minister of Fisheries, Mr. Fahd Al-Saleem Kvain, to know the validity of unfair fishing permits that has been spent for the companies belong to the influential effect?
His Excellency told us that all fishing permits were stopped until a comprehensive study to determine the status of fish stocks. In light of the study conclusion, a decision will be made.
We asked him about using explosive materials in fishing?
He replied, “We ‘ll sue anyone who tries to tamper with our stock of Fisheries in the sea through the baiting by using explosive materials or in any way that harms the fishery.
When we asked him about the truth of news media about the breaches of some Iranian boats in the territorial waters?
He replied, “There are flagrant violations by some of the Iranian boats. One boat has been observed 5 miles from the Yemeni coast, carrying weapons. It obviously appeared during the investigation with the crew of the boat, they were providing the coup with weapons and mercenaries. He added, “a message has been provided to the United Nations with the evidence for Iranian violations in Yemen.
