The Ministry of Human Rights condemned the death sentence against Yemeni citizen Asma al-Amisi by Al-houthi terrorist coup.
The ministry warned in a statement of the consequences continuation of the judgment play issued by the judiciary eligibility and became a mere tool to rape the rights of citizens and blackmail and robbery of their property.
The Ministry stressed that the apparent breach of the guarantees and legal rules governing the trials constitute a serious violation of Yemeni and international law and that the death penalty should be dropped immediately.
The statement pointed out that the continued execution of the political death penalty against Asma al-Amisi is a war crime under international law and international human rights law, and is a stab at the heart of the prisoner exchange agreement.
