The UAE Red Crescent Society distributed relief and shelter aid to hundreds of families in the Directorate of Mudaraba and Ras al-Ara on the coastal strip west of Lahj province.
The “Caravan of Tolerance” included assistance to the Jihar and al-Massadiyah areas, distributed105 food baskets and 86 tents, as well as shelter materials of beds and blankets for 286 families.
This is part of the “Caravan of Tolerance” launched by the UAE Red Crescent in early January, coinciding with the UAE’s 2019 Declaration of Tolerance, targeting more than 60 remote areas and villages along the coastline between Aden and Lahj targeting hundreds of families.
