The UAE Red Crescent Authority, distributed food assistance on a number of Housing Student in Directorate of Al-Mukalla in the governorate of Hadramaut, within the project of food assistance to relieve of students from the monthly expenses, as part of the ongoing support for the education sector, which the UAE provides to the Yemeni people.
In this part the authority team distributed ( 200 ) food baskets target ( 1000 ) person of the students in this housing in order to alleviate the suffering of them and their needs who suffer of the difficult economic conditions, especially in the area of provision of food items .
The students expressed their happiness in this humanity aid, they thanked the United Arab Emirates of what provided on ongoing support, pointing out that this food aid will alleviate of them the burden of expenses for monthly nutrition.
The number of food baskets distributed since the beginning of 2019, Year of Tolerance is reached to 2030 food basket, targeting 10,000 and 150 members of needy and affected families in Hadramaut governorate.
