Yemeni relatives kidnapped in Sana’a have received information that Houthis have taken prisoners from central prisons and the al-Qaraf in Sanaa, including kidnappers to Hodeidah, expressing concern that they will be forcibly pushed into the front lines.
The newspaper “Okaz” relatives of the abductees that after the announcement of the cessation of hostilities we received information that the Houthis transferred more than 400 prisoners and kidnapped by force in a secret operation from Sanaa to the city of al-Saleh east of Hodeidah.
They said they knew nothing about their abducted children against the background of Houthi and his terrorist practices, but some visits after several mediation, and held the Houthis fully responsible for the lives of their children.
“Most of the prisoners in al-Gharaf before the coup were al-Qaeda, but the militia merged between the dangerous and terrorist elements and the civilians,” said Mohammed al-Muqrami, head of the Escobar Center for Humanitarian and Humanitarian Studies.
He warned that the transfer to Hodeidah represents a great danger and reveals the tendency of the militia to run a “street war” terrorist exploitation of the current calm, and the implementation of the Houthis Al Qaeda tactics in the street war, which they prepare in the city of Hodeidah, which depends on the bombing of houses and car bombs and massacres against civilians.
Al-Muqrami did not rule out the use of the kidnappers and the civilian prisoners as human shields because of their lack of experience in the hostilities, as their transfer took place to Al-Saleh city, which is a contact area with the army.
