The UAE Red Crescent authority continuing its ongoing efforts to support the medical sector in Yemen, through the delivery, center of motherhood and childhood in Alkhookah in the Governorate of Al-hodeidah in West Coast, a shipment of medical supplies and medicines, in addition to the needs of motherhood and childhood, and children’s antibiotics, which contributes to normalization of the situation and return of the normal life and improve health services for citizens of Yemen .
Director general of Al-khookha Mohamed Wahaish his thanks and gratitude to the UAE for its continuous support in relief the sons of Yemen and their efforts to return life to normal in the liberated areas from the grip of the militia of the houthi-Iranian, which was the ugliest forms of terrorism against the Yemeni people, especially children, this group most affected by the violations.
Alkhookha Director general added that, the UAE Red Crescent implemented many development projects and service aimed at improving the lives of Yemeni people through the rehabilitation of infrastructure, schools and hospitals in addition to supporting the process of re-electricity to all areas of the Directorate and connecting it with electricity of Al-mokha, which will be completed soon .
For his part, the Director-General of health and population in Al-khookha Abdullah Dubla, said that the quick response of the UAE Red Crescent, and the provision of medical supplies and medicines to the center for maternity and childhood contributes to help the children of the directorate to overcome the difficult conditions they are experiencing as a result of violations of the houthi-iranian militia, and evaluation of health services worthy of the dignity of Yemeni citizens .
The head of the UAE Red Crescent team in the west coast of Yemen Rashed Al-khateri, said in a statement to the UAE news agency, that: the UAE Red Crescent intensifies support to Yemen on the human level slight development to provide livelihoods and good brothers in Yemen to stand beside them and help them to overcome the difficult conditions faced by practices disruptive of the houthi-Iranian Militia, pointing out that the Red Crescent doing an exceptional role in alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni regions, which left the houthis-Iranian militia destruction in the infrastructure and stop the services in all facilities especially health through the destruction of hospitals and health centers .
Al-khatiri indicated that the activity of the UAE Red Crescent extends to cooperation with international organizations to implement humanitarian projects in Yemen, and to support implementation of health activities and rehabilitation a number of hospitals on the west coast and improve its services and raise the efficiency of its targeting relief to the affected people in Yemen, by subversive acts of the houthi-Iranian militia.
