The UAE Red Crescent provided urgently relief assistance for displaced of Al-baitrah village in Al-faiyoosh area, province of Lahij in a response to the appeal of the displaced, and needy, about 500 family.
The Delegation of authority under the supervision of Tayeb Al-shamsi and Hamad Al-kaabi this morning distribute that aid, which included food, basic tents, water tanks.
The displaced people in the camp expressed their gratitude to the UAE and its humanitarian arm Red Crescent on each aid provided it.
The displaced “some of them coming from Maqbana directorate, province of Taiz” talked about the suffering which they had lived before the conflict and during their arrival to Al-faiyoosh camp , stressing that the arrival of aid from the UAE Red Crescent, specially the tents and food came in time, because the difficult situation in which they live
A delegation from the Red Crescent Society visited Al-baitrah camp in Al-faiyoosh last Friday, and touched the needs of the displaced people.
