The UAE Red Crescent authority opened Rumah Sec. school in desert of Hadramout after rehabilitation and maintenance it, that was suspended from the activity for more than ten years.
This comes in a framework of body sustained efforts to support the rehabilitation of vital sectors in Hadramout and on top of the educational sector and restoration of school buildings to provide a suitable environment appropriate for students in this educational facilities to coincide with the “year of Zayed”.
During the inauguration ceremony Ahmed Al-neyadi, the Vice team of the UAE Red Crescent in Hadramout accompanied by Ahmed Saleh Al- menhali, Director General of the Rumah Directorate, Nabil Saeed bin Mohana general director og Edu. Office in Rumah , and Abdulfatah Saif Al-ga’goah Rumah secondary school manager, and a collection of parents and , they made a field tour in the halls of the school that witnessed the work of comprehensive maintenance to witness the latest equipment provided.
Abdulaziz Al-jabri, Chairman of the UAE Red Crescent team in Hadramout, confirmed the Agency’s keenness to support the education sector in the province and all regions of Yemen, pointing to the importance of the re-opening of Rumah secondary school and fully rehabilitated it and lifting equipment, internal requirements necessary to become eligible to receive students.
He noted that the Commission adopted an integrated action plan to re-encode, maintenance and rehabilitation of a number of buildings and vital facilities in Hadramout in several stages according to the priority needs of the community and in the top is projects of education, health and infrastructure.
For their part, officials in the Republic of Rumah expressed on their thanks and appreciation to the UAE and its humanity arm in Yemen Red Crescent for their support to build and develop governmental and private institutions in Hadramout and their quest restore hope after entering the country in a political, economic crisis that disrupted growth.
They commended the efforts of the government and people of the UAE and their support for the education sector in the Republic through the UAE Red Crescent authority, in addition to humanitarian actions alleged adopted by the Commission in the various sectors that serve the population of the region, valuing their role in provide of infrastructure requirements for educational projects.
Rumah secondary school serve the people of the region and adjacent areas, prevent many children from dropping out of Education and escape the hardship of daily go to Terrace, the other has tens of kilometres it could not be a lot of parents to provide daily transportation to their children because of the difficult conditions living in which they live through the crisis that the country is passing through it.
