New Emirati Ship Anchors In Mukalla Seaport, Carrying Spare Parts For Electricity Sector Hadramout Coast As Extension Of Humanitarian Aid Campaign Carried Out By UAE Red Crescent

  Last Saturday morning a cargo ship docked at the wharf of Mukalla, carrying a new Emirati aid for the electricity sector for coastal Hadramout, containing spare parts and filters for maintenance of the central electrical generators and dilapidated stations in order to strengthen the electricity system in the directorates of Hadramout coast.

  The head of the UAE Red Crescent team in Hadramout Mr. Abdullah Almsafrai said that this shipment comes as an extension Sealift relief provided by the United Arab Emirates through the Red Crescent Society, which placed in its agenda a package of relief projects.

  Almsafri added that this shipment comes with the beginning of the new year to enter as part of efforts to stabilize the electricity and reduce the burden on the citizens of the frequent electricity outages. He stressed that the Society continues to provide humanitarian relief projects in all aspects including health, education and others, out of its duty to help the people of Hadramout to strengthen and develop the infrastructure and economic development projects.

   In turn, he stressed the General Director of Electricity of coastal Hadramout engineer Mana’ Yeslam Bin Yamain that this new shipment of spare parts will help us in the next summer to strengthen the power of the state of deterioration and persistent interruptions. He pointed out that the UAE has put whiter than white fingerprints will remain immortal in the memory of the city, thanking the UAE Red Crescent Society for its humanitarian efforts to restore life to the city as well as the provision of infrastructure projects in Hadramout.
