By The grace of Allah Almighty and the attention and directives of Major General / Ahmed Saeed Bin Break the Governor of Hadramout province, what has been achieved in just seven months in Ghayl Bin Yemain District:
1. Restoration of the historic Lejoune Fort that was the first center for Al-Badia Hadrami Army and work has been achieving.
2. Two submersibles were supplied with all the dependencies for drinking water in Ghayl Bin Yemain where has been done and only complete deepening water wells and we have the directions for that.
3.Receiving Dyena car for water which it remained as a dream for the people of the directorate and now it is achieving.
4. Adopting the restoration and furnishing of an integrated hospital Ghayl Bin Yemain as well as teaching and rehabilitation of female medical staff and also the last step of contracting with an integrated medical staff for the health in the directorate.
5. Working on connecting the power supply to areas (Naheb and Jarab Valleys, Mqafsan, Sharej, Gaa’ Abyan) as well as signing of a contract to improve the internal electricity grid and connecting wells Projects with power for Raida regions. In addition, a contract was signed to link the regions Zaboon, Maljen and Al-Raida.
6. Adopting asphalt of internal streets of the capital of the Directorate, through Alhajla, Alalaib and Rahbat Bin Janaid as well as by the willing of Allah there a contract will be signed in the next few days for vital road line that connects G Ghayl Bin Yemain District with the coast of Hadramout, through Al-raida and Almady.
As though to my brother and friend Amer Bin Habraish the head of Hadramout confederacy and the first assistant who has great role in my support and to overcome all the obstacles and difficulties in front of me in achieving these projects.
As I offer all thanks and appreciation to my colleagues executive office managers in the province, headed by Anwar Jaidi the financial director of the coast of Hadramout, Dr. Riad Jerira the director of the Ministry of Health Office, Saeed Atef Alkaldi the Director of the Public Works Office and Roads, engineer flames waheeb Bin Selem the director of the Water Corporation as well as I will never forget Brigadier Ahmed Bajouh the General Director of the security in Hadramout.
And Eng. Abdul Qadir Aljunied the Director of the valley and the desert Electricity Corporation, Engineer Abdullah Bin Bishr the Director of Rural Electrification Corporation, Engineer Zahir bin bellow director of rural water Foundation for facilitating all difficulties to implement these projects as well as all the brothers in the executive offices in the province who are not mentioned here, but they are in the memory of the heart and those who have expressed full readiness to serve us.
By the willing of Allah we have other priorities in the coming days including education, water, youth and sports projects.
Hence, I will never forget to address a message to the Red Crescent Society of the United Arab Emirates that offers something to the Directorate in the field of development, as well as address a message to all developmental and charitable institutions in the Hadramout that give us a portion of their interest to tell them that our hands outstretched to facilitate all things they are going to contribute to the service of the Directorate.
At last I assure you all that I will spare no effort to serve the Directorate oppressed
