Last Thursday morning the UAE Red Crescent Society had continued its distribution campaign of school bags and tools for a number of schools in Sah District in Wadi Hadramout.
A delegation of the society headed by the supervisor of UEA Red Crescent projects in Wadi Hadramout, Hassan Haidar, to go around a number of schools in Sah District to distribute various school aid from the UAE Red Crescent.
The campaign is a continuation of the intensive program developed by the society includes a number of Hadramout schools in the coastline and Vally.
In a press statement the representative of UEA Red Crescent Society stressed the keenness of the society on the distribution of the aid to alleviate the burdens of study needs and to encourage students to strive and overcome their difficulties to continue their education by providing them with possible facilities to improve the school environment .He added that the UAE Red Crescent team will continue its daily field tours in various schools of Hadramout to distribute school supplies to students within the campaign that had launched by the society early in the last month.
During the campaign inauguration the general Manager of the Directorate praised the humanitarian efforts undertaken by the UAE Red Crescent and its contribution to support educational projects in Hadramout. He emphasized to ease all difficulties to provide all possible facilities to improve the school situation and school environment. Furthermore, he submitted his thanks and appreciation to all those who contributed to this charity project, which gives hand to students and their families.
For their part, the students expressed their joy of the Society delegation’s visit to their school to provide them with school aid, appraising their role in contributing to the promotion and supplement for the educational fields with required needs.
