With the support of the United Arab Emirates .. The UAE Red Crescent Authority signed today a new agreement to support the health side in the Yemeni province of Hadramout.
The agreement, which provides for the rehabilitation, and maintenance of Ghail Bawazeer Hospital in Hadramout Governorate, is part of the continuous efforts of the UAE under the guidance of the wise leadership to improve the quality of health services and support infrastructure projects and development projects in Hadramout Governorate with the Year of Tolerance.
The representative of the UAE Red Crescent in the province of Hadramout Hamid Rashid Al-Shamsi during the signing ceremony, the Authority’s keenness to support the health and humanitarian and improve the performance of hospitals and health centers in the province of Hadramout, pointing out that this agreement is one of the priorities of the Commission to improve the level of health services provided to reduce the burden on Yemeni citizens in the health and humanitarian fields and help the people through supporting and providing the most important medical needs in hospitals and government centers and rehabilitation and the provision of modern equipment.
He pointed out that the Authority is keen to implement humanitarian projects funded by the United Arab Emirates in the aspects of relief and health and infrastructure in the various liberated governorates, including Hadramout through a package of development and service projects, in line with the guidance of the leadership in the fields of humanitarian tender and social solidarity.
Noting that the Commission has adopted an integrated plan of action for the restoration and maintenance and rehabilitation of a number of buildings and vital health facilities in several stages in accordance with the priority of community needs.
Dr. Riyad bin Habour Al-Jariri, Director General of the Health of Hadramout Coast expressed appreciation and appreciation of the province for the continuous support provided by the brothers in the UAE and its humanitarian arm in Yemen “Red Crescent” of the province in the fields of service, development and relief. This reflects the deep brotherhood and cooperation between the two countries and peoples. To provide all facilities that will implement projects to support the health side of the province.
Dr. Hosni Mubarak bin Fadel, Director General of Ghail Bawazeer Hospital, stressed the importance of maintaining and repairing the hospital, which will alleviate the suffering of the people and meet their needs in the areas.
