The United Arab Emirates Red Crescent Society distributed food aid to the teachers of Al-Wadeeh Directorate in Abyan Governorate, in the framework of the efforts of the UAE and its humanitarian role in helping the Yemeni people in the year of tolerance.
During the distribution process, which was attended by the Director General of the Directorate of Al-Wadeea, Mr. Qassem Mohammed Ebadi, Mr. Nasser Mawjj Al-Batani, Director of the Department of Education at the Directorate and representatives of the UAE Red Crescent Team in Abyan Governorate, the team distributed 150 integrated food baskets targeting 750 teachers and educators at the Directorate. In these families, where humanitarian and economic conditions have caused widespread poverty and unemployment among their families.
In the meantime, the UAE Red Crescent Authority distributed 500 school bags to students and students of the Azan Educational Complex in Abyan governorate, as part of its continuous efforts to provide infrastructure and support for educational and educational projects.
The beneficiaries expressed their happiness and gratitude to the UAE for providing the necessary humanitarian aid to relieve the burdens of everyday life.
The officials commended the constructive and good efforts of the UAE represented by the UAE Red Crescent in promoting the development and infrastructure of the province and the city of Al-Wadee in particular.
