The UAE Red Crescent authority launched today food aid distributed to people of ” Gof Al-awamer” in desert line at Hadhramout province of Yemen in the framework of the humanitarian support provided by the UAE to alleviate the suffering of the people in fulfillment of its value and humanity and to continue its charitable humanitarian efforts, that implemented to assist residents to continue their lives and enhance their security and stability.
Abdulaziz Al-jabri, chairman of the UAE Red Crescent team, said that the process of aid distribution comes with the beginning of the new year “year of Zayed ” to alleviate the suffering of citizens in service of humanity and closing the food gap due to recent events in the province and to meet the needs of the population of food owing to the scarcity in the absence of financial liquidity to buy it for affected families.
He hoped to contribute this aid in alleviating the suffering of the parents, pointing out that the Commission has intensified its humanitarian efforts to cover various areas of Hadhramout, noting that the process of distribution is made under the mechanism taken by the body to ensure arrival of food aid to the beneficiaries.
For its part, Sheikh Saleh Salem Al-ameri, member of the house of Representatives, praised of the UAE Red Crescent efforts and support of residents of the desert line to alleviate the suffering of the difficult living for them that was reflected on their lives as a result of the situation experienced by the country.
He stressed that the UAE Red Crescent always racing on provide aid to the people of Al-guf directorate that suffering of shortage in services .
Adding that the UAE insight in Hadhramout and various liberated provinces it can not be forgotten especially since it came in difficult circumstances was set by the province due to deteriorating economic conditions in the country.
For their part, the beneficiaries of the aid expressed their happiness with the arrival of the food caravan that they assured that would alleviate their suffering due to the circumstances of their difficult after lost a lot of viability as a result of the deteriorating economic situation and sources of income that secure them to get a living .. describing the arrival of the convoy work which painted the joy on the visage of all.
