Through its humanitarian arm, the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, provided 30 integrated tents for the people of Al-Juhaiber area in Al-Khokha district, as part of the organization’s emergency response program in the Yemeni West Coast.
This comes after the homes of the people in Al-Juhaiber area of Al-Khokha district were subjected to decay and precipitation due to the rain and coastal winds, as they are built of straw.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, representative of the ruler in the Al Dhafra region in the UAE, and the president of the UAE Red Crescent Authority, confirmed that the authority will continue its development initiatives and relief work in all Yemeni provinces after the return of the UAE armed forces from Yemen.
